Refund Policy

At Indian Healthy Harvest, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Should you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, the invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup. Once a product has been used, it becomes ineligible for exchange or return.
2. Acceptable Cases: Exchanges or returns are permitted in the following circumstances:
   • If the product is damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
   • If the product is not properly sealed at the time of delivery.
   • If the product has expired by the time of delivery.
3. Return Process: If your return is accepted, we will arrange for the item to be picked up from the same address it was delivered to. You will be notified of the expected pick-up date.
4. Exchange Process: In the case of an exchange, the replacement product will be delivered to you within 3-5 days after the return pick-up is completed.
5. Delivery Discrepancies: Any delivery-related issues must be reported to us within 48 hours after the order has been marked as delivered.

7. Cancellation: We accept cancellation requests only if the product has not yet been shipped. If a cancellation request is accepted, you will receive a refund of the entire amount.
8. Order Cancellation by Indian Healthy Harvest: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for various reasons, such as non-availability of stock, pricing errors, or problems with personal/financial details provided by the customer.
9. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
